Eric Imbuelten has been working with numbers since 1988.  He started his business in 1990 to work with individuals and businesses to create satisfaction akin to what one would experience during a stay at a four star European hotel like the Sonnenalp Hotel in Vail, Colorado. He worked there as a front desk clerk during a sabbatical after his first year and a half out of graduate school.  It was appealing although challenging to provide the utmost in service to hotel guests that were used to staying at the Ritz Carlton.  Some wanted different pillows, some wanted the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal in the morning, others wanted different lightbulbs in the lamps in their suites.  It became a priority get to know our guests by asking and observing them and then anticipating their wants and needs.  Eric has incorporated what he learned into his business ever since.  This has brought him repeat business success with his close circle of loyal clients.

  Living in Bordeaux, France during his junior year of college brought him fluency in French as well as an appreciation for fine wine.  He currently lives in the Sonoma wine country and enjoys testing new wines and building business in the wine country as well.
